Arrawarra Headland Beachside getaway. Only a stones throw to a quiet beach. Walk to and enjoy surfing at the famous Arrawarra Headland point break. Take a stroll along the back beach and around the headland paved walking track. Relax on a seat and watch seasonal migrating whales. Wet a line and catch a fish. This listing has been described by guests as a 'great gem of a location'. It is unique due to its quiet location, yet close to the local amenities of Woolgoolga including some great café/restaurants. A short 25 minute drive will take you to Coffs Harbour and the attractions it has to offer. The sound of the ocean day & night provides a soothing relaxing atmosphere to just chill & relax. For those liking more action, it is a great location for fishing, surfing, snorkelling, jogging, hiking & bike riding. Take a short stroll and you can sit on a seat at a very private and quiet beach to experience the early morning sunrise or sunset across Arrawarra Bay. At various times during the year you can also awaken to the sound of whip birds calling each other and during the day the sounds of the other varied birdlife that frolic and live in the nearby native bush which adjoins the beachfront can be heard. The listing is separate to the main residence, with a dedicated entry and car park space. There is a private outdoor (cold) shower for rinsing off and washing sand from your feet after being at the beach. The main residence has a Swimming pool and subject to arrangements with the Host and for payment of a small fee may be able to be used by the guest. There are no laundry facilities however arrangements for washing could be made with the Host. If we are around we are more than happy to provide tips on the local sights and what you can do in the area. We can arrange the use of boogie boards or tips on beach fishing if desired. This is a very quiet and secure area with little to no traffic on the road. The sound of the sea and the local bird life creates a great atmosphere. Both Arrawarra Bay with safe swimming and the surfing beach at the front of the residence are within easy walking distance. There is a courtesy bus provided by the local hotel if you would like to head into Woolgoolga for a meal.
