Small and cozy bedroom in an apartment located in the calmness of a little village with easy access to the lake Annecy (10min drive). Balcony with an amazing view over the main mountains in the area, Parmelan, Veyrier and the iconic La Tournette Bakery, ATM and pharmacy in a 2-minute walk Commercial centre with all kinds of shops in a 5-min distance You’ll have access to the entire apartment except our bedroom We are travelers as well and love meeting new people, I’m Brazilian and Charlene is French We speak English, French, Portuguese and Spanish I’m usually around in the afternoons so I can give you advice on what to see around We usually go hiking on the weekends and can also give you tips if you’re into it! Little park for kids just in front of the building, little farm with animals in a few meters walk. In the little village you’ll find the basic amenities (bakery, pharmacy, ATM) Buses going straight to city centre Plenty of free parking spaces in the residence, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop
