House in the quiet village of Paredes do Bairro, in the Bairrada area. The place has a privileged view to the heart of Bairrada, considered the best view of the region. The back garden and the dinning room are perfect for dinner or picknicks with a view. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available in the house. Access to living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room (shown in the pictures). Renting the house grants exclusive access to the property (not shared with other guests). Paredes do Bairro is a town known for its viticulture and wine producing activities, which makes it a perfect location for those who are wine lovers. From there you can visit wineries, join wine tastings as well as grape picking and wine producing experiences. For the ones who prefer other types of drinks, you can always enjoy walks in the vineyards or visit the surroundings. In about 40min by car you can be at Aveiro or Coimbra, the 2 main cities of the center north of Portugal. The nearest beach is within a 30 min drive. For information about touristic spots and activities, do not hesitate in contacting us. Although public transport is not available in our town, you can reach the local store with all the main products available, a pharmacy, a post office, a bakery and a few cafes, all within a walking distance. Regarding the amenities: - the 2 fireplaces are not connected to central heating, these only provide heat for the living room and dining room - central heating is not available in the house - there is one electrical heater in each bedroom (keep in mind it doesn't provide the comfort of central heating, as mentioned in the list of amenities central heating is not available)
