I take pride in providing you with a tranquil place to stay and a memorable one for the right reasons. The Villa has recently been renovated to make your stay as enjoyable as possible as well as having the added bonus of the use of all the facilities of the Ramada Resort. The Island itself has so much to see and do that it’s the perfect getaway. Guests have the entire, newly renovated, stylish 3 bedroom Villa to themselves overlooking a tranquil rural setting. It is in a quiet part of the Resort which is situated on 65 acres of bush land. The back deck has an outdoor setting allowing guests the serenity of looking onto farm land with amazing sunsets, fauna, wildlife and at times the farm animals may come to the fence for a visit. The Villa has a Coffee Machine, AirFryer and a fully appointed kitchen for a pleasant stay. There are Ceiling Fans in each bedroom, dining and lounge area as well as air conditioning and heating in the lounge/dining room. (Website hidden by Airbnb) ***Please Note*** Beach Towels and basic toiletries are NOT supplied - except hand soap and sanitizer. Guests will need to bring their own. Guests have access to all the amenities within the Resort which are included in their stay. There are 2 outdoor pools, one with a children’s pool, 2 spa’s - 1 indoor and 1 outdoor, a sauna, 2 gyms, 3 tennis courts, BBQ’s and outdoor seating, children’s playground and games room, 7kms of walking and bike tracks. Ramada has bikes, pedal carts and tennis equipment available for hire. I will be contactable via phone, txt and email for any help required throughout your stay. ***Please Do Not contact Ramada Resort as this is a privately owned Villa. The Cowes shopping precinct which has everything you need including 4 supermarkets is only a 5 min drive away as is Cowes and Smiths beaches. Phillip Island Nature Park is directly across the road from the Resort. There are many attractions on the Island and the surrounding area of which I have provided as many information brochures as I can for your convenience. Please be on the look out for the Grey Geese that are native to the Island and enjoy the Penguin Parade. The easiest way to get around the Island is by car or bike. As for the Resort, you can get around via car, walking or bike. There is to be no loud music, parties or schoolies at anytime. If a complaint is made, a security company will be sent and guests will be required to pay the call out fee. If it is found that there are more guests staying other than the total, the guests will be asked to leave. If the Villa is found to be unreasonably untidy, dirty or if there is damage or items are missing, guests may incur extra charges at my discretion. There is a No Smoking policy for inside the Villa or in common areas of the Resort. There is a No Candles policy for the entire Resort and Villa Please Do Not feed the wildlife within the Resort or on the Island.
