This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located right opposite the beach. It offers 3 bedrooms all with built-ins and king size beds and a fourth bedroom for the kids with a triple bunk and daybed, TV and Netflix to keep them happy. It has a well presented kitchen with dishwasher and gas cooking, and also offers 3 separate dining areas. There is a large entertaining deck at the rear of the house , with a large BBQ outdoor dining and lounge. We have also provided a couple of bikes for you to enjoy on the bike track along the harbour to the Newcastle Ferry. Enjoy everything that the coastal town of Stockton has to offer, with your local IGA, butcher, chemist, pubs, tennis courts, golf course and lawn bowls all less than 5 min drive down the road. Discover the city of Newcastle only 5 minutes ferry ride from Stockton. It's exploding with great cafe's, restaurants, bars, cinemas, shopping an art gallery and museum. There is loads to see and do from quad bike tours of the sand dunes, to lunch boat cruises along the river or even take a day trip and enjoy the wineries of the hunter valley. Or just sit back and enjoy the ocean. We have a local manager who will leave the key in a lock box and all details will be sent day of arrival. Stockton has two types of Transport bus and ferry. The ferry is at the top end of Stockton peninsula and is only 2.4 Km or 3.5 minutes drive from the house to the Ferry. The ferry is 3 minutes to the Newcastle CBD where you can sample cafe's, restaurants bars and night spots.
