The 60 sq. m apartment is very sunny, cozy and situated in a residential area. The inner city is reachable only in 5 minutes by tram Nr 4 or 5. There is a supermarket just downstairs, a small farmer's market just a 3 minute walk away in the park (Hasnerplatz). Nearby you can find some restaurants, a couple of small shops, cafés and bars, a post office, 2 banks and a flower shop. The inner city is reachable only in 5 minutes by tram Nr 4 and 5. The tram stop (Hasnerplatz) is in 2 minutes walking distance.
