Beautiful self contained 2 bed apartment

Beautiful renovated 2 bedroom top floor apartment in 5 story complex with views of the large pool, lawn and out to the horizon and ocean. The unit is less than 5 min drive from the airport and only 10 min drive to Darwin city - a perfect location to explore Darwin and surrounds. The unit has an allocated parking space and the complex has a lift at the centre stairs. The unit is fully self contained including washing machine. The unit sleeps 4 guests in hotel style utilising a king and two singles however a trundle bed for a 5th guest is available for an additional daily charge. All linen, cooking and dining utensils are provided including cooler bag for the day trips, beach towels, pool noodles, clothes washing liquid and reusable shopping bags as plastic bags are banned in the NT. If there are other food items or anything else you would like ready for your arrival please let me know and I am more than happy to help out if possible. A lock box is located at the unit front door for key access so don't be concerned about arriving at odd hours. The lock box combination will be passed to you before your arrival by phone, SMS or email whichever suits you best. Other important information eg travel directions from the airport, Wifi password and pool gate access code will also be passed to you before arrival. As the unit is newly renovated all appliances are also new incl Flatscreen smart TV and sound bar, fridge, washing machine and unlimited NBN access to stream your favourite digital music or Netflix. A lost set of keys will incur a fee of $150 to replace all external door locks. We leave our guests to their privacy however I am always available if you would like some assistance to plan your stay, offer some local help/advice or answer any questions you may have. If you are staying over the weekend the Nightcliff or Rapid Creek markets are just a stroll away from the unit on Sundays all year round where you can buy fresh market produce or try some of the best Darwin Asian cooking stalls for breakfast or lunch. The Rapid Creek shops also have shops and restaurants open 7 days. At the other end of Sabine Rd (less than 10 min walk) are popular restaurants and other convenience retail outlets. Self drive is always the most convenient option to move around Darwin and surrounds however public transport is just a 300m away to hop on a bus to Darwin or Casuarina. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and milk are provided for your arrival. Washing liquid, pepper, salt and cooking oil is also provided. Please note that if booking for same day after 6pm I may not be able to meet you but keys will be available in the lock box at front door.
