Little Elms is a self contained guest suite surrounded by beautiful West Berkshire countryside. Little Elms guest suite has it's own kitchenette, shower room and lounge. It's set in a peaceful corner of West Berkshire, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Little Elms is near to our stables where you'll find 3 friendly horses to welcome you. There are lots of options for local country walks straight from Little Elms as well as other areas of beauty a short drive away. We can share those routes with you on arrival. We'd be very happy for you to use our tennis court and can provide rackets and balls. We also have a small adventure climbing frame for younger children. We provide you with basic toiletries and clean towels for your stay. There is also a washing machine/dryer available. Little Elms is next to our house so we'll often be around to help you in any way we can. Whilst you'll feel like you're in the country, when staying at Little Elms, you're just 2 miles away from the historic town of Newbury which offers you walks by the canal and a great selection of shops and eateries. You are also ideally located for a day at Newbury racecourse. If fine dining or gastropubs are more your thing, we can make some nearby recommendations. We're also close to 3 awesome spas if you're looking for a more relaxing stay. Also worth noting we're close to Vodafone HQ and would welcome employees staying during the week. Newbury or Thatcham train stations are about 10 minutes away by car. There are plenty of beautiful walking routes which we can share with you on arrival. Checkout is by 10am but we are happy to take requests for a later checkout in advance. We promise to do our best to accommodate. One last thing to mention: from July 2019, check-in will be from 5pm Monday to Thursday and from 4pm at the weekend.
