"Cosy and Quiet, close to Newmarket & Cambridge 2

My place close to Newmarket and Cambridge. Newmarket is 3.8 miles away, 8 minutes to drive. If you like walking it’s good challenge. Residential area with friendly neighbourhood. This is a popular area for cycling. Parking in driveway. The nearest supermarkets, shopping centre and restaurants are in Newmarket. In the village there is a pubcalled “The three blackbirds is very popular, food is delicious. It is a cosy environment and suitable for couples, solo adventures and business travellers. This room is a private double bedroom with a bathroom that is shared with the other guests. There is a desk and a chair in the room also with its own printer if needed. Although primed with ink and paper presently, users are asked to provide their own if their use is heavy. I also live in the property but all guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living space. There is also a lovely spacious garden with views of the horse fields behind the property. I do have a Cat, his name is Zeus and he is very playful and friendly! This is a quiet neighbourhood with a local pub that does food only 100yds from the gate and with excellent routes for walkers. Parking is on the driveway and is probably the best form of transport as this is a fairly isolated village although there is a bus service.
