1-bedroom B&B with indoor fireplace & treadmill

My wife and I would love to host you in our charming split level home. Your bedroom and bathroom in the lower level can be closed off from the rest of the main house for privacy. You'll have access to laundry machines in your private area. The lower level includes a TV, fireplace, and workout area including treadmill and calisthenics equipment available for your use. The shared spaces include a main level sitting room with aquarium as well as a fully stocked kitchen on the upper level. You're welcome to use the common spaces as much as you'd like. The house comes with a rude kitty cat. He'll be curious to see you and will likely come down to sniff or hiss, but he is harmless and you can lock him out of your private space. Please do not book if you have cat allergies, as we aren't able to keep him out of the shared spaces. You'll be able to park in the driveway. The house is about 2 miles from a Park & Ride pickup spot to downtown Minneapolis. Our house is conveniently located off I-35W, with a 15-20 minute drive to either city center. Ubers and Lyfts are typically available, but there can be wait times if you don't reserve in advance. When my wife and I are around, we're happy to converse and spend time with our guests. If you prefer privacy, we are respectful of your space and try to stay out of the lower level shared space. You can let us know or send a message if you need anything to help make your stay more comfortable and we'll do our best to accommodate. Quiet residential neighborhood just off I-35W. Easy access to interstate and about 15 miles to both Minneapolis and St. Paul city center. Walking distance to the Rice Creek Trail system which includes walk/bike paths, a dog park and kayak portage. There are a few lakes nearby with public beach access. There is a metro transit commuter bus to downtown Minneapolis within 2 miles. However, the best way to get around would be by car.
