The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer dryer & juicer with new oven & gas hob. The flat is accessed from the ground floor with your own entrance. It's in a very safe & secure neighbourhood. There is a large flatscreen UHD TV which includes Netflix & Sky. There is double recliner for your comfort and a fold out sleeper sofa in the lounge.
