One bedroom luxury home in secluded area (Lodge 1)

The site contains 3 one bedroom lodges. This booking is for one of the lodges only. If you wish to book more than one lodge, these will need to be booked separately. Ideal for couples, or groups up to 6 people. Secluded and quiet area, but only 20 mins from airport and 25-30 mins from Senegambia strip and fabulous beaches. 24 hour watchman on site. Solar powered water heater providing 24/7 hot water. Own borehole with pumps to ensure good pressurised water at all times. Each lodge has a large, airy, light master bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower room. The lounge, dining and kitchen area is open plan, and again, light and airy. There is a lovely verandah with additional seating for alfresco eating/drinking. There is a laundry room on site providing automatic washing machine, pegs, washing lines etc, together with an iron and ironing board for your use. Sunloungers and beach towels are stored in the laundry room for your use. Detailed directions will be provided on booking, for those guests without their own/hired vehicle, we have access to good standard taxis and drivers who will be happy to take you around to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc at very reasonable rates. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on site and is very secure with a large gate that is padlocked and secured at night. Quiet residential area, close to Mosques, small stores and a small daily market run by local women offering fresh fruit, veg and fish etc. Car hire is recommended to provide you with flexibility, But for those without their own/hired car, we do have good standard friendly taxi drivers available who will be able to transport you to restaurants, beautiful beaches and supermarkets etc. at reasonable rates. Car parking for up to 3 cars is provided on site and is secure. a £100 per person security deposit is required to be paid, but will be refunded within a few days of checkout providing there is no damage to the property/facilities.
