Secluded Ohoka location 5 minutes from the northern motorway and just 15 minutes from Christchurch airport. Walking/biking distance or 2-minute drive to Mandeville Village (bars, restaurants, fish & chips, supermarket, beauty salon, petrol, etc). Bedroom situated on the ground floor, nicely separated from the main living space and upstair bedrooms, with own entrance and bathroom. Direct access to separate fridge, tea and coffee, laundry, private outdoor area and inground swimming pool. Outdoor area includes a roofed dining area, gas BBQ, music system, fireplace, 2 sets of tables and chairs, and swimming pool. We have 2 mountain bikes with helmets in garage. Additional bedrooms available on request. NOTE: if some calendar days are blocked out by us for your intended stay please contact to ask if the particular days can be made available. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, private indoor/outdoor dining area, BBQ, pool, along with 5 acres of gardens, lawns and sheep paddock. Situated on a 5-acre lifestyle block there is plenty of space to roam and do your own thing. Play fetch with the dogs, pick some apples, watch the sheep grazing away, play a game of Pétanque (boules), take a swim, go for a bike ride, take a hike down to the river, watch Netflix or just chill out with a glass of wine. Of course if you want a chat or after some local advice then we are here. Quite, semi-rural area 6 minutes from northern motorway and 2 minutes to Mandeville Village. Nicely situated to head north to Kaikoura and Picton and west towards the West Coast or to Queenstown and Wanaka via the inland scenic route. Multiple ski fields within 40 to 60 minutes. Approx a $40 to $45 Uber/Ola fare from Christchurch airport with regular bus services to Kaiapoi (10 minutes away) and Rangiora. Also a weekday commuter bus operates morning and afternoon, with stops in Oxford, Cust, Swannanoa, Mandeville and Northlands Mall, Christchurch, along the way. House is surrounded by apple trees, sheep, and horses along with other lifestyle blocks. Five-minute drive to great fishing spots on the Waimak river or jetboat rides. While only a couple of minutes to Mandeville Village, Rangiora and Kaiapoi are less than 10 minutes.
