Near two local wineries, River Birch Golf course, a quick 15 min drive to Eagle, and 35 minutes to Downtown Boise. ★Long term stay discounts!★ We are happy to accept longer stays! We offer the following long term stay discounts: -10% for stays of 7+ days -15% for stays of 14+ days -20% for stays of 30+ days Discounts will automatically factor in to the prices shown on AirBnB. ★For Stays over 29 nights★ Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay. Guests have access to the full house, full yard, and private parking in the back. The homeowner isn’t available, so the managers at Boise BnB Property Management will handle all the details of your stay and be your point of contact. They are available 10am-8 pm daily through the Airbnb app or after hours at their company number, provided upon check in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and the river. Please note that we only allow a maximum of 4 guests total at this property, even if you are traveling with an RV. (For example, we do not allow 4 guests in the home and extra guests staying on the property in your RV)
