The accomodation is self chec-kin 24hrs, private room with lock & private keys. Free carpark inside the gate. Bus stop 100 meters from the house, 5-7 mins, by bus to main stations. This is 1 of 3 private bedrooms, located on ground floor inside a large double storey house. Guests will receive a guidelines to assist, how to pickup the key and entering the house by themselves. The rooms is equipped by air con, queen bed for couples. Small laptop desk, free wifi, including mini bar fridge, large mirror wardrobe… Fresh & clean bed-linens, billows, blankets, towels is provided by host, however your BYO are welcome. Self check-in any time after 2pm with private key & checkout before 11am on the last day Free secured parking inside the gate, at the large yard in front of the house... Smokers please step out from the house to the outside area, and please put cigarette butts into the bin outside. Please don't throw them on ground yard. Failure to comply with this no-smoking notice, guest will be PAID $100, from guest's airbnb account... for the clean air fee to all the building.. RESERVATION LISTED: This short-term accommodation, each room can only accommodated 1-2 people, guests traveling in groups of more than 2 people, please take an additional rooms in the same house, if there is available, and only number of people on reservation listed are allowed to stay in the house & room as well. All visitors, please step outside at the front yard. CHILDREN: Currently, we do not have accommodation for children under 2 years old, please note this to know we cannot accommodate guest’s requests. CLEANING: The guests be advised to keep whole house in clean during their stay, and please clean up, empty the bins in the rooms as first found it, or guests may be charged a cleaning fee to guest's airbnb account... if it is so messy.
