Room for one car undercover in the carport, but be careful as the driveway is very steep. Two cars can fit on the gravel drive in front of the garage. Whilst the owners live in Adelaide, we have a dedicated property manager here in Pt Vincent who can assist you if needed. Kiara lives just around the corner and will be happy to assist you. Pt Vincent has everything you need on your holiday including a pub/bottle shop, pharmacy, small supermarket, excellent butcher, service station, takeaway, kiosk, café ('Chill Out', tell Chris we sent you) with great breakfasts, muffins and coffee. Popular activities include fishing, crabbing, walking, bike riding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing and waterskiing/knee-boarding/donut rides. Boat ramps are minutes drive from the beach house. Boats and watersport equipment can be hired in town. Pt Vincent is an easy 2 hour drive from Adelaide, all on sealed roads. We recommend a stop at Kiplings Bakery at Pt Wakefield (approximately half way)! Once you arrive, the main street is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. We have a 2 night minimum stay. We do not charge extra for cleaning, and ask for your assistance in taking rubbish out to the wheelie bins upon departure and leaving the BBQ clean. Our place is a relaxed family beach house, not a fancy hotel. We don't iron the sheets as with lots of beds and no commercial laundry this would increase our operating costs and we prefer to offer a lower nightly rate that is more affordable. If the sheets are a bit creased, please don't think they are unclean! An iron and ironing board are provided for guests' use.
