My place is great for FEMALE short stay travellers, businessman, and students who are looking for long time accommodation. The place is only 150m from the bus stop to CBD and 200m from bus stop to UniSA Mawson Lakes. It is only 7min by car and 20 min by bus to CBD. It is only 15 min by bus to UniSA Mawson Lakes. Walking distance are McDonalds, Red Roosters, Vili's and other Asian restaurants. Wifi is available. Password will be provided on arrival. Coffee, tea, milk and sugar are available. Only Microwave and water kettle can be used by guests. It is a mandatory requirement for all guests to be COVID VACCINATED. COVID certificate MUST be presented on check-in The guest can interact with me if they need any assistance and information around the area. Very quite neighbourhood. The house is just 1 minute walk to the bus stop, one bus ride to CBD or 7 min by car, 20 min by bus. Groceries and shopping centre is only 2 km. Churchill shopping centre and Costco is only 3km. Please remove your shoes before entering the house. You can leave your shoes or slippers in the garage. Slippers that can be used inside the house are provided upon check-in. This is to maintain the cleanliness in the house.
