Use of private patio area. 7 miles from Lincoln, 10 miles from Newark. Down stairs open plan living area with lounge & dining area. There is a sofa bed suitable for children, however due to the spiral staircase we don’t recommend children under 7. Fully equipped kitchen just off the lounge. The bedroom contains 1 double bed and a fully equipped bathroom with bath & shower. Parking space for one car at the front of the house. Key is accessed with a safe key. Any questions were happy to help if around otherwise please call or text. The annexe is 7 miles from Lincoln city centre which is easily accessed on the A46 and likewise for Newark which is 11 miles. The village host a local pub, The Railway, approximately a 10 minute walk away. Whisby nature reserve is a 5 minute walk away for nature lovers & bird watchers. They also have a cafeteria serving meals & snacks. There is also a golf range just down the road where you can pay & play. Historical Lincoln cathedral is a short drive away where the Bailgate area is. If you want to venture further afield to the Lincolnshire coast, it is about a 40 mile drive. The is a local bus service available to Lincoln city. Also if you prefer a train ride, Hykeham is our nearest station, about a 5-10 minute drive. The driveway is not available to guests, There is a parking space for one car at the front of the house.
