Centrally located with Price Chooper Plaza 2 minutes from our house! Pharmacy, Hair salon Urgent care, dentist, Chinese Restaurant, Subway and Pizza Place in Plaza. Hudson Valley College across the street. Only 4 minutes to Downtown Troy with many restaurants, Farmers Market, Antique shops and Art Gallery's. Only 8 minutes to Albany which is the Capitol of NY State! Guests have their own bedroom with fireplace, darkening blinds and lock on the door. They have a private workspace area with high-speed WiFi. Guests also have their own large private deck with patio furniture and large backyard with table and many chairs to sit in the Garden area with many flowers and a raspberry bush! Guest also have private parking in our driveway. There is a large shared kitchen which has been newly remodeled with all cooking and baking supplies you could possibly want. I love our neighborhood which is mostly occupied by homeowners and we all help each other out. It is a very safe residential area and you feel like you are living in the country in this little gem of Troy. There is a bus stop one block down from our house and I have an uber and Lyft app that you are welcome to use. There are restaurants that are within walking distance from our house. There is a Pizza place and BBQ restaurant 2 blocks from our house with a Stewart's 2 blocks on one side and a Cumberland Farms on the other side. If you drive we have a private driveway that you can use!
