Kiron - Cottage in Kapunda, gateway to the Barossa

A quirky stone cottage with WiFi and Netflix in a peaceful street of Kapunda. Kiron is pet friendly with a large secure backyard & doggie door. It's a 5 minute walk to the main street where you'll find a variety of cafes, pubs & eclectic shops. Kiron has 2 bedrooms & a third with a comfie pullout sofa. There is undercover locked parking, a well equipped kitchen and 3 living areas. There's also a separate loo & the bathroom hosts a rainfall shower over a deep bath. Kiron has a spacious living area with a large L shaped lounge room. There is a separate "whiskey room" for card games, a bit of alone time or mixing it up with board games. There's a light filled office area with desk, monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. A great space for working if you really have to! Then there is a sunny dining area adjacent to the kitchen - this goes through to a lovely sun-room with plenty of greenery and some comfie arm chairs. A split system AC takes care of climate control and there's a wood combustion heater for that extra bit of warmth in winter. The bathroom is large and functional. The water is hot and there is plenty of pressure to the rainfall shower head which is situated over a deep clawfoot bath. This space doubles as laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The garden is large and great for dogs! There is seating for afternoon drinks on the front verandah, and sun lounges provided for wherever you want to put them! There's also a small portable BBQ and larger Beefmaster BBQ kettle for your convenience. There is a lockbox to access keys and plenty of parking on the street. There is also a lock up garage (for 1 car) with access straight into the back garden. I can be contacted by text or call and will do what I can to enhance your stay or assist in any way. Robe street is a quiet neighbourhood street. You are just around the corner from the Memorial Gardens and Bowling Club. One block in the other direction is the peaceful duckpond with boardwalk and seating areas. And only a few minutes more walk and you are in the main street. There you will find a large Foodland open 7-7, 7 days/week, many coffee shops, home decorating and flower shops, galleries and even a Woodland Toys shop - where there are no battery operated toys and barely any plastics. And a 24hour service station! I could possibly cater for 2 couples and a child but this would be by negotiation - just make mention of it in a booking request.
