Bathroom stay for a female guest

Simple, clean, warm, comfy enough (I’ve tried). It’s on a mattress on the floor in a bathroom. We don’t use the bathroom at night. You can lock the door. Very early check out though, at 05:45. No door key 🔑given. You arrive btw 21:00 and 22:00. You must travel very light (limited space) and be a very clean person (Females 🙋‍♀️ only-because Im a single female- I need sleep safe. Cats😺 in the rest of the apartment. Stay longer is ok if same arrival/leaving time is ok. No bag can be left during day. Where you stay is in the bathroom on a waterproof mattress. You can shower when you like. You will be given a towel and there is a soap you can use. (there is no conditioner or shampoo, we don’t use those things since we are into organic things) The parking is just outside and is free at night. During the day it’s free for four hours but you need a paper ⏰ (p-skiva) to show arrival time. I’m available all the time on my phone between 06:30 and 22:00. I can use SMS and email etc. I’m a very friendly person and I love to help. I sleep between 22 and 05:45. it’s extremely close to the train station , 170 meters . Trains leave in the morning; (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) How to get here? Take the train called pendeltåg towards Bålsta or Bro from the central station. The trains leave 20:41 or 21:11. Get off in Bro. The train station is located 170 m from the apartment. The train takes 33 minutes. When you go into the city it leaves (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) or 05:45 Please be aware of that you stay in the bathroom where you sleep or shower/use all the time between 21:15 (you can check in between 21 and 22) and 05:45 when you have to leave. The price may change from time to time because of the dollar. I keep the minimum price. If it’s changed for the worse let me know and we will solve it. I really want to stay on a low budget price.
