Country Style Self Contained Cottage

Harmony Acres has a fully self-contained 3 bedroom cottage available as a farm stay, a perfect for families or couples seeking solace or a romantic weekend getaways. It is surrounded by nature, situated on a 5 acre property in the semi-rural suburb of Mariginiup. There are also resident chickens, ducks, geese, sheep, horses and ponies that live on the property. We are close to the Swan Valley allowing our guests to take amazing day trips exploring our magnificent wine and cheese region.. The cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, second bedroom with a double third bedroom king single and sofa pull out bed. All linen and towels supplied. The cottage features reverse cycle air conditioning, keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter, there is also a cosy indoor wood burner. The fully equipped kitchen has fridge, oven, gas hotplate, microwave, all pots and pans cutlery and crockery. The bathroom features a claw foot bath, shower. Access to a closed in pool area. Hosts live on site, they are located on the property in the Homestead and are available to assist and answer any queries guests may have. Guests are welcome to join and assist hosts feeding the animals at designated feeding times. Harmony Acres offers the best of both worlds, we are well positioned at only a 5 minute drive to Wanneroo, 10 minutes to Joondalup and some beautiful Northern suburb beaches, 15 minutes to Swan Valley and 30 minute drive to city and airport. Close to all amenities yet rural retreat with miles of bush trails for walking and riding right on doorstep.
