My property is located in Market Drayton, minutes from the local shops. The local Festival Drayton Centre is home to live events, exhibitions and cinema screening. There are many areas to visit nearby such as Chester, Shrewsbury, Liverpool & the Potteries . Many great walks to explore the countryside & many areas of outstanding natural beauty, all within a 30 mile drive. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room and garden. There is private parking available at the side of the property. Market Drayton is a historic friendly place, a true market town in the middle of Shropshires dairy country. The streets of Market Drayton have much historical character with half timbered Victorian buildings. The streets converge on the Buttercross market and on Wednesdays are filled with Market stalls. Market Drayton is known as the home of Gingerbread. The town sits on the Shropshire union canal and is about a mile form Tyrley locks where a flight of 5 locks make this one of the most interesting sections of the canal. The town is surrounded by many other historical towns, villages and canals.
