For several years, the region has attracted many tourists from all over Quebec, Canada and the United States. It's the perfect destination for both summer and winter vacations! Our cottage is near the lakes, mountains, a Ski Bromont tourist resort, the Chocolate Museum, an equestrian center, golf courses, and even cycle paths that pass close to the chalet's backyard ... Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our chalet: 1- NO PARTY ALLOWED Having good neighborliness as a priority is a must! This is a place of great beauty, harmony and peacefulness. Party people should abstain otherwise eviction and fines will apply where applicable. 2- 25 YEARS AND UNDER Groups of visitors aged 25 and under without a perfect 5-star review history on airbnb are not permitted. 3- ARRIVAL: AFTER 4:00 PM / DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10:00 As we allow arrivals for 4 p.m, departures must be done by 10 a.m in the morning. We must give the cleaning team a full 6 hours to prepare the place well between two stays.
