Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Kindly be conservative in the use of air conditioning , lights, fans and water since this is an Island and cost of living is very high. When leaving kindly turn off all lights, fans and specially a/c. We would not like to be intruding but request certain respect towards property. You can bring your friends but no guests allowed after 7 PM, since I live with my family. No immoral and illegal activities. Small self sufficient single bedroom home with a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, with a living and dining space. Big yard with outdoor furniture with an umbrella but, no swimming pool. Nice place to sit for a drink in the cooler evenings. Gated property with remote control for access. Center of the town, close to supermarkets. Barbecue gas grill outside for your use. Fast Wi-Fi. If required we can rent you a car too from us. The whole guest house-Jasmine’s cottage is independent from the main home. Within the gate you can access the whole yard. As and when it requires, we are available for any suggestions and advise. This unit is only for maximum two persons,no more than two. Very close to the town center. Very quiet, near to hospital, supermarkets, close to airport,in big yard in a gated property. Surveillance system in the yard. Road well paved within the yard and the access to my house is also well paved for easy drive in. I can rent you a Honda Accord sedan car at $55.00 per day which I would highly recommend to go around the island. We rent you the car full tank and expect the same while returning. A car is a must for the island to go around and go with beach accessories like beach lounge chaise, cooler, beach towels and beach umbrella. The road from the airport to my house is well paved and easily accessible. We are a family of four. My wife and our 2 daughters live in the main house.
