Quaint 2-bedroom cottage with a gorgeous view

A recently updated family cottage awaits you. Unwind with breathtaking views in the quaint Village of Paddock Lake. Kayak, paddleboard, and fish with the family during the summer, or ice fish and snowmobile during the winter. No matter the season, this home offers wonderful views of Paddock Lake. Centrally located between Milwaukee and Chicago, as well as Lake Geneva and Kenosha, there is always something happening just a short drive in any direction. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed, dresser, and closet. 1 full bath with tub and shower. Full kitchen with dining table. Large family/living room with sectional couch, extra-wide chair and tv. Large yard with deck, and stairs leading to a pier on the lake. Parking is provided with room for at least 3 vehicles. There is no parking on Village streets from 1 AM to 6 AM, per Village ordianace. I live in the Village and should an issue arise, I am available by phone or e-mail if you need to reach out. I don't plan to socialize with the guests. Paddock Lake is a family-friendly community with a variety of different amenities within a short distance (gas, grocery, restaurants, parks, beaches, and more). Depending on the time of year, you may even see golf carts being driven on Village streets. The lake provides great fishing, skiing, and floating enjoyment. A driveway is provided. There is no parking on Village streets from 1 AM to 6 AM, per Village ordinance. In the summer months, 2 kayaks and life jackets are provided. You may wish to bring your own life jacket to ensure proper fit. If you are boating, the lake does have specific hours for no-wake and wake. Please follow the WI DNR Boating Laws and Regulations. WI Boating Law states that anyone born after January 1, 1989, must take a boater safety course and obtain a boater safety certificate. If you are fishing, you will need a WI Fishing License for anyone fishing that is 16 years of age or older. Licenses are available online as well as the local Bait Shop (Paddock Lake Sporting Goods).
