Modern self-contained double room and shower room converted from a garage in a leafy residential estate 3 minutes walk from wedding and conference venue, Latimer House. Our self-contained double room has multi-channel TV, workstation with stools, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, separate toilet and shower room. There is free parking too. Latimer Village is on your doorstep and the surrounding Chess Valley is ever-popular with walkers and hikers in all seasons. Your self contained double room is accessed from the back of the house where there is also free parking. You are a few minutes walk from both Latimer House and Latimer Village with plenty of scenic walks. Your room has WiFi, multi channel tv, workstation, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle plus shower room. Please note well behaved dogs are welcome but I kindly request they stay off the beds and aren’t left alone. You have access via the rear gate to your self contained unit. We’ll give you space but do let us know if you need anything. This leafy friendly residential estate has plenty of open green spaces and right next to Latimer House and many walks in the Chess Valley. Bring bikes, the Chiltern Bike Trail is minutes away. Please no requests for same day booking after 5pm.
