Beautiful 2 Double Bedroom Gite In Rural France

Set in an idyllic, serene & rural area but within a short drive to both the historic town of Vire & the beautiful & quiet town of Sourdeval is this fantastic, private 2 double bedroom gite. The gite is the perfect place to relax and become at one with the natural surroundings of nature. Downstairs consists of a great size lounge with freeview TV (English Channels) and a seating area for reading and games as well as an extremely spacious kitchen / diner with all the amenities to enjoy your stay. Upstairs we have a 2 fantastically sized double bedrooms both of which have en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a free standing shower cubicle). Please note we DO NOT provide towels only bedding. There is a travel cot available also. Please provide your own safe bedding for this. A put you up bed can be available too. Our price is based on 4 persons. If your party is larger than this, please enquire before booking for extra details and cost. Outside - Patio and sitting area with large lawned garden with free parking for 2 cars. Please note, the hot tub is available for use, but as you can see we are still working on the polytunnel area, to house a pool and seating area too. Our guests can enjoy the use of the camping field, the woodland areas of our border line and the polytunnel area in which houses the hot tub. This will eventually have a pool and seating area too. Mark and I are a sociable couple who'd be quite happy to have a drink or meal with our guests. We of course would respect the privacy of guests to allow them to enjoy their break away. The closest available to the retreat are an all day bakery in Gathemo and a small parade of shops in St.Pois. They are open most days and have a good range, from your morning croissants and baguettes to fresh fruit, vegetables, wine, cider, beers and traditional French foods. Nestled amongst country walks and picturesque landscapes is one of the villages few local attractions the Park Museum of Granite which is a fascinating place to learn about the local area and it's history. Start experiencing Normandy's charms just an hour from Paris. In our region, enjoy exhilarating high points during a deliciously tranquil trip!
