This large studio is in the lower level of my home and features a private entrance, a dedicated parking space, a spa-like bathroom, your own thermostat, and a kitchenette! Your personal respite, just minutes from Charlotte’s coveted Ballantyne area, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The Charlotte Douglas Airport (CLT) and the city’s center are conveniently ~20 miles away. Whether you are in town for just one night or are looking for a more extended stay, this lovingly appointed studio is just the place for you. The spa-like bathroom has heated floors and a massive shower, with a true rain fall shower head. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave (with built in convection oven), mini fridge, and many small appliances. The complete unit is cleaned and sanitized with strict enhanced cleaning protocols before your visit, including: --- Sanitization of high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob --- Usage of cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, including wearing protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination --- Cleaning each room using extensive cleaning checklists --- Extra cleaning supplies are provided, so you can clean as you stay --- Compliance with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines I live on site, in a different rental unit. Depending on the day, you may see me coming and going or not even know if I am home. If you need something in person, feel free to message me and I will try and accommodate if I am home. Located just minutes from shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery in Ballantyne, NC. Convenient to Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Pineville, Mint Hill, Matthews, Waxhaw - not to mention the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and everything uptown Charlotte has to offer. Guests may park up to 1 vehicle in the dedicated lower section of the driveway, at no charge. You may drive your own vehicle or take advantage of Uber/Lyft/Taxis to get around town. --- Property and home are strictly smoke free and drug free. --- Strict no pet policy. --- All guests must be on the reservation. --- 2 Guest maximum (including children and infants). This includes visitors of any time period. Strictly enforced.
