Our recently renovated Menominee house is close to everything! Two units. Blocks from 1st Street’s shopping area, Lake Michigan and the beach and marina. Our house is also steps from Hwy 41, with groceries, gas and great restaurants also just blocks away! Upper unit features a beach themed escape with two bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other with a twin loft over a queen bed). This unit sleeps 5 comfortably. It has a cozy kitchen and living area. Full bath and laundry area too. Guests of the upper unit of this home have a private entry with key code door, and beautiful curved stairwell. Front porch is for the upper unit guests as well. The upper unit has private laundry also. WiFi access is shared with lower unit. Ample parking is shared with lower unit. There are 2-3 spots behind the house with gravel alley access, or street parking in front of the house. Entire 2nd floor and front entry, which includes front porch and beautiful curved staircase. I’m available via phone/text or messaging, from 6am-10pm. I have lots of connections in the area should any issues arise where in-person help is needed. Menominee is the doorway to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Our house is conveniently located near Hwy 41, across the street from a top-rated pastie shop (pronounced “pass-tee,” these are meat pies that miners used to take into the mines, not apparel). The neighborhood is adjacent to the waterfront district of Menominee as well. Here you can find the beautiful marina and bandshell, as well as cute boutique shops and abundant dining options. Great fishing is steps away at the many piers or the lighthouse. Charter a boat for even more adventure! Hop on the highway (Hwy 41 and Hwy M-35) to head further north for hunting, skiing or beautiful hikes. Our location is within walking distance to groceries, convenience, dining, shopping and outdoor amenities. However parking is free and convenient throughout Menominee as well, so most residents travel by vehicle. Bikes will be available soon, for cruising! Electric charging station is also coming soon! This is the listing for the upstairs unit. The downstairs unit is also available on AirBnB (2BR, sleeps 6). Large groups can rent both units and experience the whole house!
