This beautiful and spacious newly refurbed 3 bedroom bungalow apartment, located down a private drive and set in 18 acres of woodland, promises to create a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property itself is set in an acre of beautiful and mature gardens, and is a haven for local woodland wildlife, which you are sure to encounter. It is nestled in the edge of Creighton Woods and close to Wath Woods, so there are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby. This large self contained bungalow has it's own private entrance, leading directly into a hallway from where all the other rooms can be accessed directly. There are two double and one single bedrooms. Fitted wardrobes in one of the doubles and single bedroom, and access to a further wardrobe area for the second double bedroom. All bedrooms are south facing with views onto the stunning mature garden and patio area. The large contemporary bathroom boasts a free standing bath with shower, wc, and sink, with heated towel rail. The modern open plan living space comprises of a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The beautiful new kitchen includes oven, conductor hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There are french doors leading directly onto the patio and garden area from the kitchen. There is a large oak dining table with 6 chairs, set beside the picture window with views of the stunning garden. There is also a large corner sofa with electric recliners to sit and relax. There is a 55 inch TV, unlimited access to wifi and dvd player available and some family board games available. Access to the property is via a private road leading to the secluded drive and parking area, for 5+ vehicles. Walking distance to local shops, pubs and amenities, with a Golf course, leisure lake, shopping centres including MeadowHall Shopping all near by. Also nearby is Wentworth Village, Sheffield Arena and the Yorkshire Wildlife Park to name just a few local attractions. It is located just a 15 minute drive from M1, A1M and M18. There is also a train station in Swinton and bus routes to local areas. We live on site, in the main part of the building, so this means we will be available the help with any issues or questions you may have during your stay. We will mostly leave you to enjoy your stay but you may see us around outside, or you can contact us by text or phone. No smoking, parties or pets allowed. No shoes in carpeted bedrooms. Kitchen essentials provided including washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towels and dishwasher tablets. Hand towels and hand wash provided in the bathroom, but please bring your own toiletries and towels.
