Flat with a terrace

A very quiet flat in the town center, on the 1st floor of an elegant building with a lift. The very sunny living room opens up to a large, delightful terrace suitable for meals in the open. There are two bedrooms. one is double, the other one is a single bedroom, but extra beds can be added. The flat has a panoramic view on the Piccole Dolomiti. Paying parking lot underground and a free one nearby. Very close to the railway station. 40km from Bassano, 70km from Lake Garda and 100km from Venice. An entrance with a small laundry aerea. A living room with kitchen and all the necessary cooking utensils cooking. A very large terrace overlooking the square and a garden. The mountains in the distance. Two bedrooms, one double, one single. A bathroom with a bath and shower. The closest parking lot is “Parcheggio interrato Cardinal Elia Dalla Costa”. When you go down the ramp, you will find a free parking lot on your right. Here a parking disc is needed. This parking lot is free from 8.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. from Monday to Saturday, free on Sundays and holidays. This parking lot is right below the "Porta '900" block of flats. If you go straight on, instead, you will meet a barrier that leads to the pay and display parking. Get the ticket to enter and proceed towards floor 1B. Park your car and get the lift or use the stairs with the sign “Uscita Galleria Pétange”. At the top of the stairs, on your right you will find Galleria Pétange and, right in front of you, the main entrance to the block of flats. You are now arrived. I will be waiting for your telephone call, so I can open the main door from a distance. Whenever you want to leave the parking lot, go to the automatic till ( you will find a till, on the first undergroung floor, near each one of the stairs leading outside), insert the ticket you got when you entered from the entrance with the barrier, pay the required amount, withdraw the validated ticket and insert it at the exit near the barrier, before leaving on your car. Parking daily fares: €1 for 4 hours - €2 for 10 hours - € 0.20 for every hour beyond 10 hours. Night fares: € 0.40 for 1 hour - € 0.20 for every 30 minutes beyond the first hour. Alternatevily, you could park at the "Parcheggio Fabbrica Alta, via Pasubio, opposite n. 102 house’s street, which is further but free. Make sure you don't park on the blue lines, or you'll have to pay. When you arrive at the block of flats Porta ‘900, as soon as you ring me up, I will open the main entrance from a distance and will give you the code to the lockbox where you will find the keys to the flat and the main entrance. The lockbox is positioned next to the door to the flat, on the first floor. If you use the lift, press button 1, first floor, and turn left when you get out of the lift. If you use the stairs, instead, the door to the flat is on your right. You will find some guidelines concerning a correct recycling of your waste and the information for the wi-fi connection. On the terrace, inside the utility room, you can find and use all what’s needed for ironing, cleaning and a drying rack.
