"Maison Pivoine" Charming French Mansion

Beautiful characteristic house in the undiscovered Auvergne. Take a breath of fresh air, enjoy the green, culture and history of a quiet part of France, far away from the crowds. The big Maison offers room to up to 10 people in with 5 bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. Stay in this gorgeously charming house with a view of the local 11th century church. ~*~ Ground floor ~*~ To the left of the entrance is a little office with a desk and book case. To the right you enter the salon with piano, TV and sofa's. The arch leads into the dining room which seats 12 easily and trough there you can reach the fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen there is also an other door to the balcony overlooking the rest of the property, perfect for late evening drinks or dinner. Downstairs also has a toilet which can be reached via the office or living room. ~*~ First Floor ~*~ Turning right at the top of the stairs you'll find the master bedroom and en suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Next to it is a double bedroom (single bed on the pictures still) with wardrobe. Across the landing from the stair you'll find the family bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and bath. following a small hallway you'll find the third bedroom with 2 single beds. On the other side of the hallway are two other bedrooms with double beds each. There is plenty of space to park in front of the house or else on the public parking space near the church (50m walk). There's a bus stop in front of the house and a train station in Commentry (10 mins by car) The toilet downstairs and in the family bathroom are equipped with a smaller seat for kids. There is also a little corner with toys and a safety gate at the top of the stairs. All electrical sockets are child-proof.
