Happy Hill Villa is a fabulous 5 bedroom modern home, recently built and located in a secure gated community in Westerhall point, St Davids, Grenada. The villa sits on a hill with stunning views of the Atlantic ocean on both sides and looks down onto a quaint beach area, which is accessible by a road close to the villa. The villa is not overlooked by anyone. The villa is situated between two of the most popular beaches in Grenada, the famous Grand Anse Beach and the serene La Sagesse beach. The villa has been designed to showcase the beauty of Grenada in all of its glory, with views all around of the stunning tropical landscaping, the hills and the Atlantic Ocean. The villa can open up on the living room side of the house via the glass patio doors or at at the front entrance and Courtyard, allowing a cool breeze to run through the house. Guests will be able to experience and enjoy the calm and zen of an outdoor tropical lifestyle. Rest assured, if you want to keep coolwith the doors shut, the kitchen and living room areas are equipped with A/C units. It is rare to find villas with A/C units in communal areas in Grenadian homes. All patios doors, vents and windows are screened. The decor of the villa favours an Asian style. Simple, clean and timeless with neutral colours complimented by warm tones from the handmade wooden furniture and exposed polished concrete. The living area of the house is open plan, but can be separated by two hidden sliding doors. The villa at a glance: DRIVEWAY: You cannot see the house from the bottom of the driveway. At the top you will feel completely alone as no one overlooks the villa or the land so you have 360 degrees of privacy. VIEWS: The villa is located on the east coast if the Island of Grenada overlooking the interior of Westerhall Bay and Fort Judy Peninsula. The verandah is to the right of the villa and is the entire length of the living side of the house and looks down onto the ocean. Dine here in the afternoon to witness some of the most spectacular sunsets. The bedroom side of the house is on the left and has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is access to the pool and the back of the villa which features a secure grass area shaded in the afternoon. All areas of the property, but guests are not advised to go under the property or in the pump room for safety reasons. Both areas are secured by gates and can be locked on request. The villa includes a 10ft spring free trampoline at the side of the house which is a lot of fun! Please use correctly Guests use at their own risk.
