Pieraf's little flat

Entire flat, 8 mins. walk from the town hall and big market place, but outside the LT zone, in a convenient position, near bakeries, bucher, newsagent, coffee bars, tobacconist and not far from supermarkets. 7 mins. walk from hospital. It is at the first and a half floor with a lift which is 58 cm wide. There is a kitchen, a conservatory used as laundry, a big bedroom, a spacious living room, bathroom with shower. Free parking lot inside the private courtyard with remote control opening. Flat furnished in a cosy but functional way, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable pleasant stay. The kitchen has all you might need to cook, included some condiments. In the living room there's a big TV, a working desk and the wifi covers the all flat. A single car can be parked inside the yard, on the side of the fence, though it is easy to find free parking lots neaby Raffa and Piero live just a few minutes from the flat and are available for early check-in and late check-out requests. They are easily reachable on the phone and are happy to answer any doubts or needs. Breakfast is included for short stays. Clean linen (bed sheets, towels, dish cloths) are provided once a week. English spoken. The building is in a residential area, just outside the historic town centre (and outside traffic-restricted zone), close to the Waldensian Temple, the "De Amicis" park, the green Parade Ground (Piazza d'Armi). Very convenient for the hospital (7 minutes walk). Several shops nearby. Railway station 1 km far (14 minutes walk) Pinerolo is 40 mins. drive from Turin (50 mins. by train, departures every hour), one hour drive from Caselle Airport, and 50 mins drive from ski resorts. It lies where 3 valleys begin: Val Chisone, Val Pellice and Val Lemina and not far from Val Susa. It's 40 mins. drive from Forte di Fenestrelle, one hour from Sestrieres, one hour from Pian del Re, where the River Po originates, 50 minutes from Sacra di San Michele, one hour and a half from the French border in Monginevro, 20 minutes from Zoom park. Pets welcome, with a small extra fee for cleaning and sanitizing, if they don't lie on beds and sofas. Any damage will be charged.
