The guesthouse is a cozy two bedroom, one bath secondary unit. The property also includes the two-tier main house. The owners reside upstairs making for convenient interactions with guests. The first floor contains two apartment units. The community is safe, quiet and moderately forested. Expect to see small lizards around the property; you may even catch a glimpse of an iguana every now and again. The guesthouse is cozy and stocked with modern appliances for our guests' convenience. Owners will be relatively available and is easily accessible by phone. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. It is also safe. There are two embassies in the neighborhood asv well as the Prime Minister's residence. A small beach, river, supermarket, shops, gas stations, bakery, laundromat and a bank are just within a five to ten minute drive from this area. It is conveniently located, only 12 minutes by car to the capital, Roseau. A 5 minute walk downhill takes you to the main road where you can catch the bus.
