A comfy Double bedroom in charming Beckenham house

A comfy and modern double bedroom which has recently been decorated in a lovely semi detached house in Beckenham. People who come and stay have full use of the kitchen and upstairs toilet/shower room. My home is clean, modern and comfy and a very tranquil retreat from the hustle and buzz of London life. However it is also extremely accessible for getting into the city and West End as well as nearby Beckenham high street. Guest can use the double bedroom, the upstairs shower room and kitchen downstairs with toaster/microwave/fridge/kettle and washing machine. There is wifi and a TV in the room. My house is set on a very quite and leafy road in the Clock House area of Beckenham. Beckenham high street is a mere 10 minute walk with its array of restaurants, cafes and bars. Beckenham Spa is a 5 minute walk and offers a swimming pool, gym and bunch of classes. There are 2 local train stations, Clock house is less than a 5 minute walk and Kent house is an 8 minute walk. The tram is a 5 minute walk. Clock house trains go into Charing Cross and takes 30 minutes and Kent House trains go into Victoria and takes 20 minutes. People who stay are not permitted to invite guests to into my house. I ask people who stay to respect that this is my home and keep noise down after 10pm at night.
