RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS Our entire team is committed to providing you, your family, and friends with a wonderful vacation in our beautiful community. To maintain the environment that Angelus Oaks strives to provide it's guests, all guests are expected to meet a standard of behavior, showing respect for their rental property, their neighbors, rental staff and community, and other surrounding guests. We have tremendouns appreciation for our guests, and this contract is intended to protect them from the few who would abuse their stay - ruining everybody else's enjoyment of our family community. Renter agrees that they will be respectful at all times of rental staff, members of the community including employees of any/all businesses in the community, and other visitors to the area. Renter agrees that there is Zero Toleranceabuse of and/or threats towards any member of the rental staff or the company itself, and/or same towards any of the areas residents, employees, or visitors Renter understands that Local City Law Mandates that hours between 10PM and 8AM are "No- Noise" hours, NO gathering and NO noise is permitted in outside areas (porches patios decks, balconies, etc.) during these hours. Renter understands that smoking ANY substance inside the property OR on the balcony/deck/porch is STRICTLY prohibited Emotional support animals are not exempt from pet policies of homes or community rules. Any stay less than 28 nights WILL result in fines and immediate eviction or refusal of entry for unauthorized pets. ADA DOES NOT RECOGNIZE assistive animals and rental staff WILL NOT have responsibility for violations, fines, refunds even in the case of eviction, refusal of entry, fees to the homeowner, or otherwise for a violation. Homeowner maintains the same right above. Renter agrees that they will not violate the contract and/or the commitment to respect, and that violations- including but not limited to: abuse of and/or threats towards staff or same towards members of community, overoccupancy, unauthorized pets, loud music, loud noise, or general misbehavior disturbing the neighbors or community, etc; , renter understands that they will be immediately ejected from the property. Ejection is at the sole discretion of rental management; in the event of ejection/removal renter agrees that they will not be entitled to any refund for unused portion of stay, and will be liable of additional costs of removal of no less than $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)
