This 2022 newly built best of both world's annex is located on the edge of Brigg, a rural market town in North Lincolnshire, the property is a 10 minute walk from local shops, pubs & restaurants and just a stone throw away from the famous Brigg garden centre. The fox hole come with Sky tv (sports & movies) and a hot tub on a private south facing patio overlooking picturesque views. The fox hole designed principles are all based around spaces that feel fresh, Contemporary and bespoke and at times very individual to this annexe. The space Underfloor heating throughout Open plan kitchen dinner with all usual Mod cons including coffee pod machine and instant boiling water tap. Living room includes large velvet L shape sofa and 65inch tv with sky package (sports & movies included) Bedroom comes with a contemporary designed King size bed and a 55 inch tv with Netflix & Amazon prime. The bedroom leads onto a large double bath with wardrobes and storage. Bathroom includes double shower, floating vanity unity and illumination mirror. The folding bi fold leads out to a large private south facing fenced terrace with six seater hot tub and modern planting CCTV on site (parking & pathways) Our guest have excess to private parking in front of the main houses garage. To get to the guest house you walk down a private path until you reach a gate that says the fox hole after that gate there is a 15 second sensor lighted walk to the main entrance. At the entrance there is a key box to help You enter the property. Available via phone and depending on times will be in the main house and available if needed The area surrounding the property is quiet and tranquil. Set on a lovely road with character and charm with great access to all amenities. 10 minutes walk into the beautiful market town of Brigg with great variety of boutique shops, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Only 5 minutes walk away is the famous Brigg Garden Centre which is a day out in itself, with restaurants, kids play areas and a million plants and flowers to explore and purchase! The main house is set back from the road with a entrance/exit turnaround drive. The 'Foxhole' guest house resides on the land to the rear of the main house property. Guest parking will be in front of the garage and access to the guest house is via the path at the side of the main property. Sensor lights will guide all our guests to the self check in key box. Brigg Train station has weekend links to Cleethorpes and Sheffield. Easy, quick access to key motorways linking to the major cities of Hull, Beverley and Hull. Lincoln is only 40 minutes away via the A15. The picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds are a 10 minute drive away, with market towns of Caistor, Louth, Market Rasen within 30 minutes drive. To respect our neighbours there is a hot tub curfew of 9pm week nights 10pm weekends
