All in an perfect location on the Western fringe of the Lake District National Park, only 4 miles from Loweswater and 5 miles to the Solway coast. This independent property is the original coach house in the grounds of Scenery Hill House. Now converted into a luxury family size guest suite, individually styled reflecting the art of Leonardo Da Vinci. The property has antiques and decorative touches evoking a bygone era while retaining a modern luxury feel. The main room has a generous king size bed with a lounge area, having coffee table, chairs and comfortable leather sofa, this being a sofa bed to accommodate more guests. There is a mezzanine hay loft off this room. In total occupancy of the Coach House is 5 people. There is a large easy access en-suite with generous walk-in shower and two basins, leading off a practical boot room. This has ample storage and a hospitality area, having coffee maker, Kettle, crockery and glasses, a microwave and a fridge containing complimentary filtered water and fresh milk for your tea and coffee. The coach house also benefits from its own exclusive secure patio at the rear, with garden furniture and a BBQ area, and a Hot Tub (seasonal availability - please check) for exclusive coach house guest use, this private sun trap leads off the main room via patio doors. The suite is easy access from the car park, ground floor level family size and also our dog friendly suite. Gerry comes from a Professional Financial background and Eileen from Design and Project Management. They have injected many years of property renovation and interior design experience into the venue. They have enjoyed gathering architectural, design, cultural and culinary influences while travelling, all the while forming their ideal picture of hospitality. Both also being accomplished artists and cooks, now seizing the opportunity to put this extensive experience to use, they have created a truly unique venue.
