Private swimming pool (30m2) of an outstanding design and style (1m to 1.5m max depth) with hydrolysis system(no chemical), shower and sun lounger offers all you need to relax  during a hot sunny day. Next to the pool is a traditional stone built barbecue with a fully equipped kitchen, large table and chairs for the guests to enjoy local delicacies. This comfortable and private maisonette of 120m2 can accommodate up to 6 people. In the exterior of the villa you can park comfortably up to two cars. Ground floor has an open plan kitchen with dinning area and a sitting area with a traditional Lefkadian fireplace that leads to a shaded balcony . The kitchen is fully equipped. A flourishing garden is abundant with olives  and  oranges  trees,  palm trees , cedar, geraniums and other seasonal plants. First floor has three  bedrooms and two  bathroom (bathtub with additional shower fittings). Master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with a beautiful view over the Ionian sea. Second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joint together to form a double bed. Third bedroom has a double bed  and its own en-suite bathroom.
