A fish station and access to the landscaped private swimming pool area with plenty of furniture, Weber gas grill, 6 person hot tub, and Tiki bar eating area with mini-kitchen round out the ground floor. Level 1: ½ bath. Ramp and elevator to all floors provide wheelchair access. Level 2: Oceanview master bedroom #1 has deck access. Bedroom #2 is a large master with a full bath. Bedrooms #3 and #4 open onto an oceanview deck and are next to the main bath. Bedroom #5 has twin beds. Level 3: It’s love at first sight in the large great room featuring a 60” HDTV entertainment center with surround sound, vaulted ceilings, ½ bath, comfy living area with plenty of resort furniture, game table and furnished sun deck. The total kitchen has a nice breakfast bar, extra big fridge, next to the excellent dining area. Enjoy the wonderful game room with pool table, TV, mini-kitchen and private deck. An elevated furnished Florida room is perfect for quiet conversations. Bedroom #6 is a master with private bath and oceanview deck access. All bedrooms have Directv; and free WiFi is included for guests. Children’s playpen, baby gates and high chairs provided. Walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier. Towels and linens are provided and beds are made. Head out to SURFS INN. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $60/night. Guests must call in after booking to arrange for pool heat. Pool heat must be requested one week (7 days) prior to arrival. Pools typically take 48 hours to reach desired temperature. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC For 2022, the pool will be open April 9th to October 14th. It will otherwise be unavailable for guest use. Parking notes: Please park in the driveway, total maximum vehicles: 6 - Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. RV is parking NOT allowed in this community. If you are bringing an RV for your stay, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot of the Avon office, located at the following address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
