A few steps from the center, the lake, the train station and the main services we find "Garden and Pool", a two-room apartment located on the ground floor with a shared pool to another single housing unit. The depth of the pool ranges from a minimum of 110 cm to a maximum of 200 cm. Entering the house we are greeted by a living room with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a table and chairs, a kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, toaster and microwave. Moving into the sleeping area we find the bathroom with shower and washing machine and finally the master bedroom with large wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. The apartment is equipped with WI-FI connection and air conditioning. The living room overlooks a small private garden consisting of a gazebo, table with 4 chairs and barbecue. Possibility to park the car in public outdoor parking lots. Pets are not allowed in the entire structure.
