Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC Parking notes: During summer, street parking is free and vehicles can be parked overnight. During winter, overnight street parking is not an option due to snow plows. There are two public parking lots that can be utilized during winter at no cost. One is located at the corner of East Third Street and Spring Street and the other is on West Bay Street just north of State Street. Summer Parking: Between the hours of 7AM and 7PM street parking is limited to three hours. There are various lots throughout the city that allow public parking with a maximum of four hours. Overnight parking is allowed on the streets after 7:00 PM. There is no overnight parking in lots during the summer season. Winter Parking: You may park on the street during the day. There is no overnight parking on the streets during the winter. Please use the lot located next to The Depot or the lot behind Kelbel's Pharmacy. It is strongly advised to alternate the row you park in each day due to plowing. KELBEL/GURNEY LOT: The day it gets dark is the day we go by.
