Enjoy your dinner in the dining area or, for a more casual feel, out on the deck overlooking the canal and sound. The main bedroom has a tropical feel, in which you can relax and soak in the jetted tub or curl up with a good book on the window seat. Wake up and enjoy beautiful sunrises as you walk out onto the deck from the main bedroom. Comfortable deck furniture is just the spot for lounging with your morning coffee or an after-dinner drink. The second bedroom is a private oasis that features a full bath and its own TV. No boats with a head allowed. Must be shallow draft boat (less than 2') Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
