Located in the heart of the national street, pedestrian street of Evian, you will be a stone's throw from all the curiosities (source shopping, Casino, Evian shop, Les Termes, lakeside ...) and shops (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, ...). You will be 2min walk from the landing for Lausanne. Like all accommodation in the city center, parking is difficult, either paid or far from the apartment. Evian being a small town you will be only 15min walk from the station. Located under the roofs, the living space presents a calm and cozy atmosphere! No view of the lake! You are looking above all for useful and practical accommodation with all the essentials! You will use a BZ sofa to watch TV and go to sleep! Located in the pedestrian street and on the 3rd floor without elevator! Optimize the weight of your luggage! You will be completely autonomous with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal and the washing machine and dryer. We will provide you with all the bedding and toiletries. You will also find what you need to make a hot drink and the basic product (toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, ...) We will be available to serve you the best and make you discover our region that we love! We will give you useful and practical information so that your stay goes well! The living space being limited, we do not recommend this accommodation for children and prohibit entertainment. Similarly, it does not seem very pleasant to smoke in the apartment.
