The Casas are surrounded by a large green and flowery garden. With their large windows in every room, they offer a magnificent view of nature and mountains. The houses are comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. They have in particular: - 1 equipped kitchen and dining area - 1 living room with Smart TV - 1 bathroom (with bathtub and shower) - 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds) - 2 terraces, one with table / chairs - WIFI,... The property is ideal for a couple or family vacation. However, it is also possible (on request) for groups of friends or large families up to 12 people. Please note, however, that noisy parties are not allowed. Enjoy the 10m / 4m communal swimming pool, as well as the many river beaches nearby. We are located just 2km from the small and charming village of Coja, where you will find everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, river beach,...). 8km from the village of Arganil for supermarkets, ... and 70km from the beautiful historic town of Coimbra. The property is very centrally located and offers many possibilities for activities for adults and children. We are halfway between the ocean and Serra da Estrela.
