Oceanview master 3 has TV/DVD and full bath. Pool view masters 4 and 5 have deck access, TV/DVD, and full baths. The top floor great room with warm oak floors and tall ceilings has a top of the line living area with resort furnishings, big screen TV with surround sound, fireplace, and half bath. A huge well-appointed granite countered kitchen has a large island and is close to dining area and screened porch that overlooks the pool. Parking notes: Please park in the driveway, total maximum vehicles: 6 - Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
