Villa Luka is a traditional Istrian house built according to environmental conditions and using mostly natural materials and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The house is located in in the village of Baredine, only 10 minutes drive to Buje and Groznjan, two stunning hill top towns, which offer a lot of restaurants and cafes serving traditional food from the area. The villa has two floors, WiFi and is air conditioned throughout. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen, living room (LCD/SAT TV, DVD, MP3), dining room with patio doors opening out onto a covered terrace with dining table. There is also a utility room/guest bathroom and one double bedroom with en suite shower room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The courtyard is carefully designed and decorated with traditional Istrian plants in order to preserve the original identity of the environment. The side entrance to the courtyard house has a fenced parking lot with two parking spaces. The garden has a lawned area, barbecue, sun terrace, private pool with sun loungers and stunning panoramic views across the valley and to the beautiful Istrian countryside filled with vineyards and olive groves. Private pool 8m x 4 m - depth 1m -1.5m with sun loungers and umbrellas. Portable BBQ (gas). Covered terrace with table and chairs for dining. Fenced parking for 4 cars.
