## Space Welcome to my Home! Centrally located amongst the quintessential sites of Paris: The Louvre, Ave. Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Cathedral Notre Dame, Montmartre and Bastille Sacre-Couer. This apartment has been refurbished to match the sophistication of Palais Royal with soft-coloured walls, modern paintings and chic furniture. The living space has a large, comfortable sofa, wide-screen television and dining table to gather and relax. A fully-equipped kitchen to create typical french meals or hot drinks (i.e. tea or cafe au lait). Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds lined with hotel quality linens and duvets for a comfortable night of rest. One sofa bed, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub to relax in. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided free of charge at your convenience. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The chic Palais-Royal is named after the 17th-century Palais-Royal, a former palace with a contemporary art-filled park. Its arcades are home to high-end luxury boutiques, and the famed Le Grand Véfour restaurant where Napoleon courted Joséphine. The nearby Japanese quarter, centered on Rue Sainte-Anne, is known for ramen, while Molière’s plays are staged at the Comédie Française theater. The Louvre Museum and is famed artworks are also located near the neighbourhood while Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral are within 20 minutes from my home. ## Transit Getting around central Paris can achieved easily by foot via Metro. The nearest station is Palais Royal Musée du Louvre (right-next to The Louvre Museum) which connects to line 1 and 7; a direct line to monuments such as Arc De Triomphe or Cathedral Sacré-Cœur (via Line 12 at Station Concorde). Alternatively, Taxis and Uber are available for your convenience if you need to get somewhere far or fast. ## Notes Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
